About the role

As a Product Manager at Sephora, you will lead the development and execution of product strategies to meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, engineering, and sales to ensure successful product launches.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new products.
  • Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and customer expectations.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and make data-driven decisions to improve product performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing product development and launch processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
