About the role
Join our team as a Marketing Specialist. This position is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and print materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing objectives and tactics.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms and other digital marketing channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools.
Qualifications
- Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
