About the role

Join our team as a Marketing Specialist. This position is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and print materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing objectives and tactics.
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms and other digital marketing channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools.

Qualifications

  • Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
