Responsibilities

• Perform the functions and accountabilities required in the Outbound Operations Department, including supporting the Warehouse Management Team with training, leading, and directing other warehouse personnel in the absence of management or when required.
• Support the Warehouse Management Team in leading by example, motivating, and inspiring warehouse employees to maintain high performance and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Perform functions, accountabilities, and supporting activities while complying with safety procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Assist other departments on an as-needed basis.

Requirements

• Experience in safely operating warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack, high reach truck), preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English, including identifying numbers.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willing and able to make decisions within the Team Leader area of responsibility (leading by example, delegating work, evaluating performance, motivating, training employees, etc.).
• Reliable transportation, flexible schedule, solid attendance, and a positive, professional attitude.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team through motivation and mentoring.

Schedule

Monday–Friday: 2:00 PM – Until work is complete.
