About the role

Launch your leadership career with the Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) program—a 16-week immersive experience designed to build operational skills and foundational leadership abilities. This role is the launchpad for a rewarding leadership path at Mister Car Wash, offering hands-on training and mentorship to prepare you for the Operations Lead position and beyond, with a clear trajectory toward Assistant General Manager.

In this role, you’ll work closely with an experienced General Manager to:

• Deliver an unforgettable customer experience with Mister’s signature wave, smile, and commitment to excellence.
• Lead daily operations, helping your team balance speed, quality, and teamwork to create “wow” moments for every guest.
• Grow your sales and leadership skills by promoting products and Unlimited Wash Club® memberships.
• Take on new challenges with curiosity, using every shift as an opportunity to learn and build confidence in your leadership.
• Work as one team, building trust, supporting each other, and celebrating success together.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of proven leadership experience, such as leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer-facing environment.
• Passion for working with people and bringing positivity to every interaction.
• Ability to lead by example, take ownership, and maintain high personal standards.
• Motivation and goal-orientation, even in a fast-paced environment.
