About the role

As an Operations Lead in Training (OLIT), you’ll embark on a focused 16-week program designed to build hands-on operational skills and foundational leadership abilities. This role is the launchpad for a rewarding leadership career at Mister Car Wash, where you’ll work closely with an experienced General Manager to develop the confidence, judgment, and business acumen needed to step into an Operations Lead role—with a clear path toward Assistant General Manager.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of proven leadership experience, such as leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer-facing environment.
