About the role
As Assistant Child Care Operations lead of Primrose School of Duluth West, your dedication to the success of our next generation will ensure we deliver on our mission of bringing the best and most trusted early childhood education and care to the families we serve.
Responsibilities
- Create a culture of support within the school (for staff, families and children)
- Cultivate an environment committed to health and safety
- Learn all essential functions for each position in the school so you can support and inspire
- Manage operation of the school in the Director’s absence
- Aid the Director to ensure maximum enrollment and effective cost control
Requirements
- A strong commitment to building positive relationships with families and the community
- Experience in early childcare center with GA Decal licensing and compliance
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field, or equivalent classroom/teaching experience
- Great verbal and written communication skills, computer savvy (know how to use Microsoft Office), and creative writing skills
Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field, or equivalent classroom/teaching experience
- Must have a valid GA Decal license and comply with all relevant regulations
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Pay
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule
8:30am-5:30pm with flexibility in hours as needed
