Operations Lead

About the role

Nutrien Ag Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead the operations at one of our key locations. This role is responsible for managing a team, overseeing inventory, facilities, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse and production team
• Order and track inventory of production and equipment parts
• Assist in hiring seasonal staff and supervise all other warehouse staff
• Oversee maintenance, cleanliness, and repairs of facilities and equipment
• Ensure safety and health and environment (SH&E) compliance at the location
• Maintain paperwork and records
• Operate small mobile equipment (forklift, frontend loader, etc.)
• Report any safety concerns to the branch manager
• Assemble customer orders
• Plan and develop policies, procedures, and ensure team adherence
• Blend and load bulk liquid and dry fertilizer, and load/unload bulk liquid and dry products
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership experience in agriculture or a combination of education and work experience
• Proficient use of computer programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook
• Forklift experience preferred
• Clean driving record
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• High School diploma or GED
