Operations Lead

About the role

As an Operations Lead, you will oversee the stockroom and retail operations to ensure the seamless functioning of the store. You will be responsible for:

• Overseeing stockroom organization, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient storage practices to maximize space utilization for better operational flow.
• Monitoring stock replenishment processes to maintain optimal inventory levels, prevent stockouts, and minimize shrink through proactive loss prevention measures.
• Performing regular stock counts and thorough audits to ensure data accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Ensuring store staff adhere and follow standard operating procedures and company policies, maintaining a smooth and compliant work environment.
• Supporting the execution of store promotions, pricing updates, and upholding visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
• Leading, training, and motivating the operations team to meet and exceed performance objectives.
• Supporting with store opening and setup.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
• A strong track record with 2-3 years of retail operations experience.
• A passion for the Asian beauty industry, dedication to continuous learning, sharing expertise, and staying up to date with the latest products and trends to guide staff and enhance the customer experience.
• Skilled in effective communication and building strong interpersonal relationships.
• Demonstrated strong leadership and store operation capabilities.
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
• The ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Knowledge of retail store operations, merchandising, and customer service standards.
