Operations Lead

Oversee daily onsite operations and support employee performance at the client location

Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and development of onsite team members

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• At least 2 years of leadership or management experience in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• Experience working in a warehouse or rental car environment is a plus
• Demonstrated leadership capability with accountability for team performance
• Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail
• Action-oriented mindset with the ability to follow company policies and procedures
• Professional communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information
• The ability to adapt quickly, learn internal systems, and work collaboratively on-site

Type: Full-time

Schedule: Thursday - Monday, 10:00am to 6:00pm

Pay: $70k to 85k/year + Commission
