Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Maintain oversight of the project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding project status updates.
• Work with manpower agencies to manage project resources effectively.
• Foster collaboration and clear communication among all project stakeholders.
• Create and deliver formal progress reports.
• Direct the installation team to adhere to the design plan.
• Promote high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in executing interior fit-out projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, and Excel/GSheets.
• Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
• Outstanding interpersonal and multitasking abilities.
