Responsibilities
- Identify and support process improvement opportunities
- Build project plans and lead/support projects to completion
- Aid plant leadership team and help implement plant initiatives
- Serve as a liaison between cross-functional teams and plant leadership
- Collaborate with plant leadership in state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a focus on Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial or other
- Previous internship/co-op experience or relevant work experience
- Experience via student organizations, such as Engineers without Borders, American Society of Mechanical Engineers, American Society of Chemical Engineers, Society of Women Engineers, National Society of Black Engineers, Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers etc.
- Must be interested and able to relocate now and in the future
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work

Pay
The hourly rate for this position is $25.50 - $29.00/hour based on where you are at academically. The hourly rate above represents what Avery Dennison reasonably expects to pay for this position as of the date of this posting. Actual salaries will vary within the range, and in some circumstances may be above or below the range, based on various factors including but not limited to a candidate’s relevant skills, experience, education and training, and location, as well as the job scope and complexity, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel required for the position, which may change depending on the candidate pool.
