Intern - Summer 2027

Summary

The Ryder Internship program allows students to apply their knowledge to current Ryder projects. Interns will develop a corporate business sense, learn problem-solving and public speaking skills, and attend business meetings and participate in projects.

Essential Functions

• Develops a corporate business sense by learning how each department contributes to the overall organization.
• Attends business meetings and participates in projects.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills And Abilities

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Preference for experience showing leadership capabilities.
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors).
• Personal initiative, ability to present and effectively interact with all levels of management and customers.
• Demonstrates analytical skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to support multiple projects.
• Displays confidence in learning new systems and processes quickly and establishing a strong customer rapport.
• Strong PC skills (Windows, MS Office, MS Project, MS Excel) intermediate required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Currently enrolled toward a degree.
• Strong PC skills (Windows, MS Office, MS Project, MS Excel) intermediate required.

Pay

The position is eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. The minimum and maximum pay ranges are provided below:

• Pay Type: Hourly
• Minimum Pay Range: $25.00
• Maximum Pay Range: $27.00

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by various factors such as experience, education, work location, market data/ranges, internal equity, internal salary ranges, and more. The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
