What You Can Expect to Be Involved In

  • Provide project management support, including tracking timelines, organizing documents, general admin support and assisting with cross-team coordination
  • Review and update operational documents, guidelines, and standard operating procedures
  • Audit inventory or asset records, identify discrepancies and support corrective actions
  • Support the fulfillment and distribution of operational materials to stores
  • Review operational reports and partner with the team to recommend improvements
  • Participate in inventory-related processes as needed
  • Compile information from store audits, training sessions, and field feedback
  • Update and maintain operational reference materials
  • Gain exposure to product flow and distribution processes by supporting receiving and logistics tasks
  • Support store opening and relocation planning, including preparation, coordination, and follow-up tasks
  • Collaborate with the Retail Operations team to understand workflows and propose process enhancements
  • Draft and organize internal communications related to operational updates or follow-ups
  • Support teams across multiple office or store locations as needed
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects and operational initiatives

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a university or college program at junior or senior level, preferred course of study to include Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management or Communications, or related field
  • Proven experience working in an office environment
  • Ability to maintain utmost professionalism and discretion
  • Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work autonomously
  • Basic understanding of business operations
  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Analytical problem solver
  • Detail-oriented with outstanding administrative and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Must have working knowledge of MS Office; strong proficiency in Excel and Access a plus
  • Passion for solutions-based problem-solving

Schedule

Part Time, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

Pay

$18/hour
