Responsibilities

• Gain understanding of the construction process
• Assist Field Engineers and Office Engineers in field and materials management
• Subcontractor Management
• Submittal review skills
• RFI development
• Layout / surveying
• Daily reports
• Quality control and support of our safety plan

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Computer software - Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel based templates, Prolog, Primavera and AutoDesk Suite
• Candidates are preferred to be pursuing a 4-year degree in Civil, Structural, Architecture or Construction Management

Pay

Compensation range: $20.00 - $28.00/hour (based on location) + housing allowance or company provided housing

Schedule

Moderate work classification. The individual in this position will walk, sit, crouch, reach, stoop, read/see, speak, push, pull, lift, stand, and finger/type. Walking, sitting in front of a computer screen, communicating with employees and external stakeholders, computing, analyzing, conceptualizing mathematical calculations, reading written communications and views mail submissions, reading blueprints and taking/verifying field measurements, climbing, balancing, stooping, bending the body downward and forward by the spine at the waist, visual acuity, operating a vehicle as certified and appropriate. Occasional exposure to high and low temperatures, frequent exposure to noisy environments and outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind.
