Operations Intern

About the role

As an Operations Intern, you will apply your academic knowledge in a dynamic, business environment to develop future supply chain leaders. This 10-week program involves working closely with a mentor, leading teams, and gaining exposure to various business functions within distribution centers. Interns will analyze supply chain metrics, support business priorities, and participate in projects, reporting key findings to leadership. The role emphasizes flexibility in work shifts, active participation in training, and developing interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Understanding supply chain functions and disciplines
• Building relationships with team members and leadership
• Assisting in metrics analysis and process improvement
• Planning workload and managing tasks independently
• Facilitating team meetings and supporting operational activities
• Engaging in developmental training and fostering an inclusive culture
• Rotating through different departments to gain comprehensive business knowledge

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Operations/Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Leadership & Supervision, Business Management, or related fields
• Graduation within one year of internship completion
• Eligible to work without sponsorship
