Operations Integrator - Senior Technical Expert - Top Secret

Responsibilities

• Develop high-level strategic plans for experiments and operational demonstrations
• Evaluate national policies to align them with operational goals
• Foster collaboration and understanding among diverse teams
• Manage cross-agency integration of experimental components
• Oversee budget planning and execution for cost-effective resource allocation
• Design detailed experiments including objectives and evaluation criteria
• Lead test and evaluation activities to ensure compliance with standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical/business field with 15+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience with the Department of Defense (DoD) in military or military-support roles
• High-level expertise in military operations and strategic planning with diverse stakeholders
• Proven experience in planning and executing experiments and operational demonstrations
• Strong analytical and policy assessment skills
• Exceptional leadership abilities to organize teams and build consensus in complex environments
• Expertise in budget management and resource optimization

Pay

$134,100 – $241,400 annually
