Operations Integration Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Operations Integration Specialist to manage and coordinate complex events, meetings, experiments, and operational engagements across diverse domains.

Responsibilities

• Planning, executing, and overseeing MCWL-hosted events, ensuring logistics, security, access, and vendor coordination.
• Serving as the on-site primary contact, managing real-time operations, and troubleshooting issues.
• Facilitating communication and integration across divisions, handling visit authorizations, access control, and security protocols.
• Managing on-site staff, task assignments, adherence to protocols, and space setup/breakdown.
• Supporting post-event documentation, reporting, lessons learned, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in event coordination or managing operational engagements, preferably with government clients.
• Proven success in executing large-scale or high-profile events and engagements.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant degree or operational experience in event management, security, or related fields.
• Experience with DoD protocols and classified environments (SCI/SAP).
• Ability to develop SOPs, reporting templates, and operational frameworks.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, lift up to 50 pounds, and stay stationary for periods.
