Operations I-Part Time Custodian Day Shift Main Campus

Duties & Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, classrooms, office suites, common spaces, lunch, and break areas;
• Empty all trash and recycling containers;
• Wash window sills, walls, doors, and furniture;
• Clean whiteboards and trays;
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop all hallways, walkways, and stairways.
• Perform maintenance duties including stripping, waxing, sealing, and buffing floors;
• Spot clean and shampoo carpets.
• Respond to requests for special moving, clean-up, or set-up tasks as assigned by Lead Custodian or M&O Supervisor.
• Respond to emergency spill clean-up requests.
• Report repairs to Lead Custodian or M&O Supervisor.
• Perform other related duties of a similar nature and level as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.

Position Summary

The role primarily involves performing routine custodial tasks to uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards within the designated area.
