About the role
The Operations HR Employee Partner will partner closely with operations leaders to strengthen leadership capability, support employee engagement, and ensure consistent, effective HR practices. The HR Employee Partner will apply strong HR expertise to guide key processes, address employee relations matters, and collaborate across HR teams to deliver practical, business-focused solutions.
Responsibilities
- Coach and advise operations leaders on effective leadership, performance management, and consistent application of workplace standards.
- Partner with leaders on engagement initiatives that strengthen culture, productivity, and overall employee experience.
- Guide HR team members on operational processes to enhance HR’s partnership with the business.
- Support key HR processes, including compensation, talent development, performance management, and talent acquisition.
- Ensure consistent application of Raytheon HR policies to mitigate risk and promote equitable outcomes.
- Implement proactive employee relations, training, leadership development, and communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Investigate and resolve employee relations concerns and ethics-related cases.
Qualifications
- You must have typically a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum of 3 years of experience.
- You must have experience coaching managers regarding employee performance, talent development and / or employee relations.
- You must have experience in handling employee relations issues and investigations.
- You must have strong HR and business acumen with experience driving HR strategic partnerships in influencing business results.
- You must have proven ability to influence and coach leaders at various levels without direct supervisory responsibilities.
- You must have demonstrated experience collaborating with multiple HR functional disciplines to develop solutions.
- You must have the ability to comprehend complex issues and identify opportunities to add value and deliver effective solutions.
- You must have the ability to work with all levels of the organization and handle high levels of confidentiality.

Pay
The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD.
Schedule
This role is an Onsite role. Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
