Cross-Functional Leadership

• Serve as the OSM functional leader coordinating to achieve functional metrics performance, functional testing, communications and training for operational success.
• Provide decisive direction in partnership to ensure the team has clear objectives and skills in adopting the capabilities and managing the work.

Qualifications

Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading high level, strategic, cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
Expertise: Knowledge of Organization Change Management, Risk Management, Continuous Improvement and Performance Metrics.
Program Management: Proven track record with managing teams and executing to a plan and schedule.
Communication: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
