Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field
Proven experience coordinating large scale technical training programs in manufacturing, ERP, or PLM environments.
Comfortable managing multiple parallel workstreams and shifting priorities in a fast-paced program environment.
Demonstrated ability working at all levels of the organization, driving positive change, and communicating across multi-functional stakeholders.
Excellent written and oral communication; able to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Your Impact
Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking an Operations Organizational Change Management (OCM) Coordinator who will work closely with the Aero Digital Transformation Office (DTO) OCM team, Aero cross-functional teams, IT professionals, and Enterprise Operations to ensure successful execution of all OCM activities required for rollout of the 1LMX Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Acceleration, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and R4 SAP S/4 across LM Aero.
- Training Planning: Develop, align, and track training plans to project milestones for MES, PLM, and SAP S/4. Identify target audiences (operators, engineers, supervisors, functional organizations, and IT staff) and define role-specific learning paths.
- Curriculum Development & Maintenance: Partner with subject-matter experts (SMEs) to create, review, and update course content, e-learning modules, job aids, and quick-reference guides. Ensure all materials comply with Lockheed Martin security and quality standards.
- Delivery Coordination: Coordinate arrangement of classrooms, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions including logistics (rooms, AV equipment, virtual platforms). Track trainer availability, certify internal trainers, and coordinate external vendor instructors when required.
- Execution & Support: Provide real-time support during go-live periods for training-related queries.
- Measurement & Reporting: Capture attendance, assessment results, and competency validation data. Generate weekly/monthly training status reports for the program governance board, highlighting adoption rates, knowledge gaps, and corrective actions.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze post-training feedback; recommend enhancements to curriculum and delivery methods. Maintain a lessons-learned repository for future digital transformation initiatives.
