Forecast demand on internal and third-party resources, identifying strategies to balance workload and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.

Maintain clear, consistent communications across Management, Product, Sales, Finance, Technology, and Development teams.

Partner with project managers and contractors on the planning and execution of site-related projects, including facility expansions, renovations, and safety enhancements.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines, including emergency preparedness protocols.

Oversee security measures across Terawatt's sites, including coordination with security vendors.

Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards covering facility maintenance, landscaping, security, parking, and waste management.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent (CAPM, PRINCE2)
