About the Role
Shine is growing across multiple markets, and we're looking for a highly organized, dependable person to help keep our leadership team and day-to-day business operations on track. This is more than a traditional administrative role. You'll work directly with company leadership and take ownership of the communication, reporting, follow-up, billing, and administrative systems that help the company run smoothly. The right person is someone who enjoys creating order, following through on details, communicating with customers and team members, and making sure important tasks don't fall through the cracks.

- Manage invoicing, accounts receivable tracking, and collections follow-up
- Support company leadership with calendars, meetings, proposals, and administrative priorities
- Maintain company scorecards, SOPs, recurring reports, and software administration
- Assist with job postings, applicant screening, and interview scheduling
