The Opportunity As a Customer Operations Executive, you’ll support a high-volume book of business while working directly alongside one of our top sales reps. Your role will focus on managing daily shipment operations, ensuring freight moves smoothly, and delivering a high level of service to customers. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys problem solving, and takes pride in staying organized while managing multiple moving pieces.
