Operations Excellence Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and embed a business system framework across European operations, with support extended to North America and Asia.
• Collaborate with leadership to create, implement, and sustain a site-level continuous improvement roadmap.
• Facilitate targeted cost-reduction and productivity-enhancement initiatives across key departments.
• Provide training on business system tools and continuous improvement practices.
• Coach teams during on-site improvement events to drive outcomes.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Lead root cause analyses and waste elimination initiatives.
• Serve as Process Owner for selected tools and scale initiatives.
• Benchmark external practices and refine internal standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience - 5 years of Lean Manufacturing Systems or Operations Excellence.
• Mandatory hands on experience with Kaizen Lean Projects.
• Proven success in Lean transformations.
• Expertise in Kaizen, Hoshin Planning, and CI methodologies.
• Strong strategic, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Familiarity with biologics manufacturing preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% internationally.

Pay

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $121k - $217k.
