Operational Excellence Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute continuous improvement (CI) and Lean initiatives across production and business processes
• Drive waste reduction, efficiency gains, and process optimization using Lean methodologies (e.g., 5S, visual management)
• Identify operational gaps and implement solutions to improve performance and productivity
• Manage and deliver cross-functional projects across manufacturing and administrative functions
• Support and enhance tier escalation processes to resolve operational issues
• Analyze performance metrics to guide decision-making and sustain improvements
• Collaborate with stakeholders across sites to drive alignment and execution of initiatives
• Act as a change agent to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence

Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications: 5–12 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Lean environments; Demonstrated experience leading CI or Lean projects with measurable impact; Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies (Green Belt required, Black Belt preferred); Experience working in manufacturing, operations, or similar environments; Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive change
• PREFERRED Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; Ability to influence without authority in a matrixed environment; Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; Proven ability to adapt and succeed in dynamic, transformation-focused environments

Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $129,950.00 - $162150.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
