Operations - Events & Partnerships Coordinator

About the role

This role provides cross-functional administrative, operational, partnership, and event support across AIME. You will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team, Events Director, Lender Relations Team, Committee Program Manager, and other departments to ensure projects, partner commitments, events, and organizational initiatives are coordinated accurately and executed efficiently.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong follow-through, clear communication, sound judgment, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments while maintaining accurate records, schedules, and deliverables are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support across AIME
• Coordinate projects, partner commitments, events, and organizational initiatives
