Qualifications

• STEM related Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience with process evaluation and optimization and/or calculating utilization and identifying bottlenecks
• Experience with developing and implementing process improvements
• Experience developing and presenting business cases for ROI
• Ability to obtain a secret security clearance; therefore, all candidates must be a US Citizen

Desired Skills

• Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering
• LSS Green Belt
• CAPEX Project Management
• Microsoft Project
• SAP Experience
• Simulation Experience with Simio Software
• Tableau and/or Grafana dashboard creation experience
• Earned Value Management

Pay

Full-Time Salary Range: $76,700.00 - $142,500.00
