Operations Engineer, Senior TS Clearance REQUIRED

Responsibilities
Monitor, maintain, and optimize the performance of systems and infrastructure.
Identify and resolve operational issues, including performing root cause analysis on production errors.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Manage projects related to system upgrades, new installations, or process improvements.
Collaborate with various teams, including customer support, engineering, and other internal stakeholders, to ensure seamless operations and user experience.
Document operational procedures, processes, and solutions.
Requirements
Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree and/or 5 to 8 years of experience.
Security Clearance: TS with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI with CI Poly.
Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of systems, networks, databases, and operating systems.
Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly identify and resolve complex technical issues.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively.
Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with various teams and stakeholders.

Pay
A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $88,200.00 - $190,900.00.
