Responsibilities

  • Drive standardization with quantification and documentation of core design principles using Lean methods.

  • Support post-mortem on designs and specifications after implementation in partnering with customers, stakeholders and supplier/integrators.
  • Work closely with partner teams in Safety, ergonomics and Operations to build impactful products.
  • Develop performance specifications for facilities and equipment meeting unique operating requirements and safety codes.
  • Domestic travel up to 90% of time to perform role responsibilities may be required.

Basic Qualifications

A Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field and 2 year(s) of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. In the alternative, a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field followed by 5 year(s) of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

Must have 2 year(s) of experience in the following:

  • Experience as a project engineer, process engineer, project manager, manufacturing engineer, or related occupation.
  • Experience in leading projects, programs or initiatives with continually increasing scope and impact.
  • Experience in managing the lifecycle of cross-functional projects, implementing automated equipment and/or integrated systems.
  • Experience in CAD software (AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM 360, etc.).

Pay

Salary Range: $112,546 - $126,400 per year. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.

Schedule

40 hours / week, 8:00am - 5:00pm
