What You’ll Do

• Support Amazon Seller Central and online operations
• Help manage shipping, returns, inventory, and warehouse organization
• Provide light IT and systems support using Microsoft tools
• Aid with customer service inquiries and issue resolution
• Keep product, inventory, and operational data organized
• Support operations leadership with day-to-day execution
• Spot inefficiencies and help improve processes

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5+ years in operations, e-commerce, logistics, admin, or similar
• Experience in at least one of the areas above
• Organized, resourceful, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
