Operations District Manager
About the role
This role blends white-collar leadership with blue-collar grit. You'll manage schedules, payroll, and client relationships by day, and you'll roll up your sleeves and lead from the front at night. Responsibilities
- Lead nightly operations across multiple residential properties, ensuring flawless, on-time execution
- Hire, train, and coach porters to CCS service standards
- Conduct on-site quality audits and employee performance checks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers and clients
- Manage scheduling and route coverage - no missed pickups
- Oversee employee logistics: safety gear, reporting apps, and ADP payroll
- Respond quickly to on-site issues such as equipment failures or staffing gaps
- Maintain nightly reporting, payroll, employee documentation, and compliance
- Support new community onboarding, including resident orientations and equipment distribution
Requirements
- Clean driving record with 5+ years of driving experience (required to operate a company vehicle)
- Able to pass a background check and drug test
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to work outdoors for extended periods and stay on your feet, walking several miles per shift, without assistance
- Strong work ethic across both blue-collar and white-collar tasks daily
Schedule & Work Environment
- Night and weekend availability required; routes run 7 days a week
- Pickup hours are 7 PM–2 AM daily
- Mix of field work and administrative tasks, with flexible daytime hours based on business needs
- Travel to neighboring markets may be required to support operations
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $55,000/year, paid bi-weekly
- Performance Bonus: $5,000/year, paid quarterly

- 401(k) Match: 4% match on the first 5% after 12 months
