Operations Director

About the role

A person in this position provides the supervision, direction, and support integral in the efficient operation of assigned programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a staff of Program Specialists and ensures that their performance is in line with Company policies and procedures and program regulations.
• Evaluates performance and establishes goals and objectives for continuing growth and efficiency in performing job duties.
• Takes corrective action when necessary.
• Ensures that programs operate in compliance with regulations, established policies, and acceptable operating procedures.
• Obtains information from program specialists through regular contact and established meetings to determine if programs operate as expected.
• Makes recommendations for enhancements/changes to the Regional Director.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree and one year of experience working directly with persons developmentally disabled;
• or a Bachelor’s Degree and two years of experience working directly with such persons;
• or an Associate Degree or 60 credit hours and four years of such experience.

Pay

Competitive salary of $60,000/yr
