Operations Director

The Position

The Operations Director will provide strategic and operational leadership for a multi-site physician practice organization, overseeing daily operations, financial performance, workforce management, regulatory compliance, and patient experience while driving operational excellence across all locations.

The Operations Director will lead, mentor, and develop practice administrators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth to achieve organizational and performance goals.

Direct financial operations, including budget development, revenue and expense management, forecasting, inventory oversight, business planning, and pro forma development to support growth and long-term sustainability.

Monitor and analyze operational, financial, and clinical performance metrics, leading action planning, performance meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall practice performance.

Partner to optimize provider onboarding, practice operations, expansion planning, and strategic growth initiatives while strengthening physician engagement and supporting organizational objectives.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA, regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and organizational policies while maintaining safe, high-quality practice environments through facility oversight, safety rounds, and equipment management.

Champion an exceptional patient and employee experience by strengthening customer service, resolving operational challenges, building collaborative relationships across departments, and promoting a culture aligned with the organization's goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, healthcare administration, or related field is required.
• At least five years of progressive healthcare experience is required.
• Must have proven experience leading and managing teams.
