Operations Director

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational direction for data centers to enhance capabilities and market share
• Support business pursuits and collaboration across divisions and regions
• Guide complex engagements and transformation programs in high-risk environments
• Drive the deployment of data center products and ensure effective post-deployment support
• Contribute to strategic data center product development to enhance offerings
• Oversee all managed space within the designated area and implement best practices
• Act as the go-to expert for operational management and support communication with clients and vendors

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 10 years in data center operations, project, or engineering experience
• At least 5 years in supporting business line expansion in a high-growth market
• Previous P&L management experience preferred
• Deep understanding of data center MEP systems for operational delivery
• Knowledge of IT raised floor, co-location, hyper-scale, and cloud environments
• Experience in developing mission-critical programs, procedures, and data management systems

Pay

$275,000 – $275,000 annually
