About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our Project Management team. This role will oversee project execution, ensure alignment with strategic goals, and manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to meet project objectives and timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with overall business strategy.
  • Develop and maintain project management methodologies and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with project management best practices and company policies.
  • Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
  • Lead project kick-off meetings and regular status updates.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex projects.
  • Experience with project management tools and software.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with AI tools in project management is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage large-scale projects from inception to completion.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum.
  • Knowledge of project management frameworks such as PMI, PRINCE2, or MSP.
  • Experience with budgeting and financial analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
