Responsibilities
- Proven Strong Performance: Track record of exceptional performance, consistently achieving and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Customer Satisfaction Ratings (CSR), EBITDA, margin, and profitability.
- Leadership Abilities: Inspire and motivate teams, drive results, and effectively manage resources.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrate ability to think strategically, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement innovative solutions to drive operational excellence.
- Overall leadership and management of assigned territory/market to achieve or exceed company targets and standards for performance and growth.
- Manage market locations that rank in the top 10% of the industry by KPIs, Customer Service, Quality, and Profitability.
- Model and hold the team accountable for providing the highest level of customer service and living the Crash Champions Total Sales Attitude (TSA) daily.
- Recruit, manage, and develop employees for future growth within the organization.
- Measure quality standards by performing in-process and final quality checks.
- Facilitate and nurture relationships with insurance accounts, agents, and customers.
- Excel in a fast-paced, competitive work environment while ensuring positive employee morale and instilling a sense of urgency to exceed goals.
- Ensure the shop is maintained correctly and organized.
- Create and develop new/future leaders.
Requirements
- Knowledge of the collision industry, including procedures and requirements for a variety of insurance carriers.
- 10+ years of operations experience.
- 5+ years of people management experience.
- Driven personality, eager to grow, and able to work well under pressure.
- Experience using CCC One.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
