Position: Operations Director Location: Valley Green, PA Key Responsibilities Operations Leadership Lead new product introductions from concept to full-scale productionOversee global plant operations and standardize processesEnsure effective resource allocation and EHS best practicesManage critical operational issues and crisis response Strategy & Capacity Develop and execute 3-year operational and capacity plansLead expansion initiatives, new site development, and capital projectsForecast demand and optimize global resource utilization Financial Management Oversee global budgets and P&L performanceDrive cost reduction and operational efficiencyIdentify risks and implement mitigation strategies Performance & Reporting Define and monitor KPIs (quality, delivery, productivity)Use data insights to improve performance and on-time deliveryReport results and recommendations to leadership Collaboration & Quality Partner cross-functionally to meet customer and business needsEnsure compliance with ISO standards and global regulationsMaintain strong supplier quality systems and audit readiness Qualifications 15+ years in manufacturing management (electronics or mechanical preferred)Degree in Engineering or related fieldExperience building and scaling manufacturing operationsKnowledge of ISO 9001/14001, Lean, Six Sigma, 5SStrong leadership, analytical, and communication skillsWillingness to travel globally (50%+); Mandarin is an asset Why Work for Us?
