Job Summary
About the role
The ServiceNow Administrator will maintain, configure, and support the ServiceNow FSM application to ensure scheduling tools, mobile workflows, inventory systems, and dispatcher interfaces operate smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Administer the ServiceNow FSM environment, managing upgrades and daily technical operations
- Configure and troubleshoot Dispatcher Workspace to streamline task assignments
- Optimize the Mobile Agent app for field technicians, including offline workflows
- Manage work orders, task dependencies, assignment rules, and territory planning
- Configure parts management, stockrooms, and asset transfer rules
- Build UI policies, business rules, client scripts, ACLs, and system notifications
Requirements
- 3+ years of direct experience with ServiceNow Platform Administration
- Strong grasp of dynamic scheduling, map integrations, and mobile playbooks
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory

Pay
The approximate pay range for this position is between $42.00 and $52.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
