About the Opportunity

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the seamless processing and delivery of customer orders from receipt through shipment and invoicing. This role is essential to maintaining the organization’s premium service standards by managing order accuracy, timely delivery, and operational efficiency across various sales channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage direct-to-consumer website orders and resolve warehouse issues.
• Oversee business-to-business orders to retailers and wholesalers, ensuring on-time and in-full delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors to resolve operational challenges.
• Lead operational processes across digital sales channels such as Amazon and TikTok Shop.
• Troubleshoot customer order and delivery issues.
• Cookware with warehouses to support U.S. order fulfillment.
• Manage inventory, reporting, reconciliations, and invoicing.
• Support marketing efforts with product send-outs and events.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an FMCG operational role or equivalent.
• Proficient in data analysis and numerical reasoning with the ability to learn new software rapidly.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with ERP systems (Unleashed) and EDI platforms (SPS Commerce) is a plus.
• Ability to identify operational efficiencies within a dynamic supply chain.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and organized work habits.

Pay Range and Compensation Package

Base salary range: $60,000 to $65,000 plus cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on experience. Base pay range is subject to change.
