About the role
The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations at the healthcare facility, ensuring smooth workflow, and supporting administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling and coordination of staff schedules
- Handle patient inquiries and complaints
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely patient care
- Oversee inventory management and maintenance of supplies
- Prepare reports and maintain records as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare operations or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Current CPR certification
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
