About the role
The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations at the healthcare facility, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with all policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling and coordination of staff schedules to meet operational needs
- Oversee inventory management and ensure supplies are restocked in a timely manner
- Handle patient inquiries and complaints, providing accurate and helpful responses
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain records accordingly
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure services are provided efficiently
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare operations or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Current CPR certification
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
