Responsibilities
- Provide frontline support to members and branch staff by resolving inquiries related to teller functions, deposit products, and account processes.
- Maintain strong working knowledge of deposit products, services, and core systems to accurately assist with account maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Support and process all aspects of IRA and HSA programs, including member inquiries, transfers, rollovers, tax form reviews, and compliance tasks.
- Facilitate teller and deposit training, including preparing training materials and delivering presentations for Member Service functions.
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and internal policies by following established procedures, documenting member encounters, and upholding security protocols.
- Deliver excellent member service through timely, professional phone support, taking ownership of issues and ensuring positive member experiences.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior customer service and administrative experience.
- Ability to operate a computer, telephone, and other office equipment.
- Competitive team player with a positive attitude, willing to learn and adapt to change.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced member service environment.
