Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Aid in real-time problem solving to maintain operational flow.
• Maintain accurate production records, logs, work orders, and compliance documents.
• Enter data into SAP for support audits, ensuring documentation accuracy and readiness.
• Comply with all Wieland policies and environmental standards and report all incidents and near misses immediately.
• Serve as a liaison between production, quality, maintenance, and logistics teams.
• Cook up meetings, communicate updates, and escalate issues as needed.

Qualifications

• A high diploma is preferred.
• High regard for Safety and Quality standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Two years of experience in a Wieland Manufacturing Plant (preferred).
• Ability to lead and motivate others.
• Knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
