Operations Coordinator

About the role

On-site banking center supervisor responsible for overseeing daily operations, staff supervision, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise tellers to ensure professional customer service and support marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and train transactional staff, support cross-selling, and promote product knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee cash operations, including vault, ATM, and cash handling, maintaining security and accuracy.
• Manage risk and conduct audits to uphold internal controls and mitigate operational losses.
• Lead client experience efforts by resolving customer issues promptly and efficiently.
• Assist in team management, performance evaluations, training, and staff development.
• Support sales efforts through referrals and product explanations.
• Handle scheduling, workflow, and ensure adherence to security policies.
• Perform miscellaneous duties to meet center goals and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and training.

Skills & Equipment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage operational risk and ensure compliance.
