Responsibilities

As a member of the Troubadour team, you will be responsible for contributing to the company's mission of creating sustainable and high-quality products. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Designing and developing new product concepts
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring products to market
  • Managing product development lifecycle from concept to launch
  • Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
  • Working closely with suppliers to ensure product quality and sustainability

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in design, engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in product development or a similar role
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with product development processes
  • Understanding of sustainable materials and manufacturing practices
  • Knowledge of quality control and testing methods

Pay

Salary range: $75,000 - $90,000 per year
