Operations Coordinator
About the Role
SBS Services Group (SSG) is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team in San Diego, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support day-to-day operational activities to ensure seamless workflow across departments
- Monitor and track project timelines, deliverables, and operational KPIs
- Serve as a central point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders
- Maintain and update operational documentation, databases, and reporting systems
- Assist in scheduling, logistics coordination, and resource allocation
- Identify process inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare and distribute operational reports, summaries, and communications
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an operations, administrative, or coordination role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
- Experience in a service-based or facilities management industry is a plus
