Operations Coordinator
About the role
We are partnering with this company to hire an Operations Coordinator who will support project work, order management, and operational coordination within a complex, cross-functional environment. Our team is looking for someone who can help keep processes organized, communicate clearly across stakeholders, and contribute to the effective tracking and movement of product and related data.
Responsibilities
- Support project coordination, order management, shipment tracking, and operational follow-through.
- Aid with donation traffic, data management, reporting, and communication with recipients and internal stakeholders.
- Cook up kitting strategy, forecasting, booking, and shipping activities through SAP.
- Collaborate with brand design, tax, GCA, and other functional partners to help manage program delivery and reporting.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- SAP/S4 experience is required.
- Excel experience is required.
- Keynote Locker logistics coordination experience is required.
- Strong organization skills are required.
