About the role
The Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing various departments and client relations within Clair Global. Key responsibilities include inventory management, logistics coordination, and the construction of tours from concept to completion.
Responsibilities
- Accurately track and manage company-owned assets
- Maintain inventory levels for current and future projects
- Communicate with Account Managers to gather all necessary client information
- Organize proposals into working job orders for the shop to complete
- Provide information and diagrams required for building orders to client specifications
- Oversee assigned jobs from start to finish, ensuring adherence to company protocols
- Perform final checks on orders, diagrams, and client information before gear loading
- Ensure Clair field personnel have the necessary equipment lists, diagrams, and other information
Qualifications/Requirements
- At least 10 years of audio experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and over the phone)
- Strong teamwork and positive attitude
- Wide-ranging knowledge of the audio touring industry, Clair gear, and company operations
- Advanced knowledge of loading and unloading trucks
- Experience with ERP systems
- Touring or concert production experience is a plus
