About the role
This is a 100% remote, full-time Operations Coordinator position open to candidates in the United States. The role supports technical support, customer service, project coordination, data, systems, documentation, and digital operations through accurate remote execution, clear documentation, professional communication, and dependable follow-through.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day Operations Coordinator tasks, schedules, records, follow-up, or workflow status that support technical support, customer service, project coordination, data, systems, documentation, and digital operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation, trackers, files, and system updates required for the Operations Coordinator function.
- Review assigned requests or operational information for completeness and follow documented procedures for routine exceptions.
- Communicate progress, deadlines, handoffs, and unresolved issues clearly with relevant stakeholders.
- Identify practical process improvements and maintain a clear record of actions, decisions, and completed work for the Operations Coordinator workflow.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to perform Operations Coordinator work, or closely related training or experience, with reliable accuracy and follow-through.
- Comfort using remote-work tools, web-based systems, spreadsheets, email, shared documents, and role-appropriate business software.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document questions, decisions, status, and exceptions.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines, repetitive tasks, or multiple priorities without losing record quality.
- Authorization to work in the United States and the ability to maintain reliable internet access and a suitable private workspace.
